Have you ever been afraid? Have you ever been in a situation where your whole body shakes in anxious, fear and worry?
It’s okay! Guess it’s a sign of you stepping out of your comfort zone. Keep on doing that; because when you’re out of your comfort zone, that’s when you grow as a person.
It’s okay to be afraid… It’s normal. However, it’s exceptional when you keep going, even though you’re afraid — that’s a sign of courage. Like what Mark Twain once said,
“Courage is the resistance to fear, mastery of fear — not absence of fear.”
Resist to give up or to give in to your fear, and never let your fear masters you — but, you master it.
The last 30 minutes before you sleep is the most magical moment where you can deeply affect your subconscious mind. Affirmations, goals, meditation, etc should fill in this last 30min, don’t fill it in with other things.
